## Important notice

These terms are a practical draft intended to be usable under United States and Romanian legal framing. They are **not legal advice** and do not create an attorney–client relationship. EAROCO SERVICES SRL - ANDREI BUJAKI may replace them with counsel-reviewed versions.

## 1. Local-first

For normal **Free** use, prompts, chat history, settings, local models, and Knowledge folder files are processed and stored **on your computer**. The publisher does not receive your chat content through the Free on-device path.

## 2. What may leave your PC

- **Checkout:** If you open Upgrade links, your browser may contact Paddle (or another payment provider) under that provider’s privacy policy.
- **License validation:** If you activate or refresh a license key, the app may contact a license service to validate entitlement.
- **Updates / crash reporting:** Not enabled in the current Free-first build unless a future version turns them on and updates this notice.

## 3. No sale of chat content

We do not sell your local chat or document content.

## 4. Your choices

You can uninstall the app and delete its application data folders on your PC. Removing a paid license returns the app to Free; it does not by itself erase local chats.
